Can’t add Lucid to New York EZPASS account

You would think they knew about Lucid by now.

It's NY, they know nothing. Unbelievably mismanaged state. What's worse, we can't get a Clean Pass because they rarely update the list of eligible EVs. I've repeatedly sent them emails, but nobody responds. They're all brain dead. :(
 
Use as “other”. Or call them and they will add it for you. They did it for me.

Let’s bombard their email system with daily/weekly emails from Tri-state Lucid owners. I hope they will then have some traction on this.

I have the distinct feeling that nobody reads them. They fall into the proverbial black hole. They just don't care.
 
I think I just said “Other” on my NY EZ Pass. I have had no issue.
 
Same thing was true in CA fwiw. Had to mark it as “Other”
