Has anybody else seen where you'll turn on the seat warmer, then after a minute or so the bottom part turns itself off while the back stays on? If I click on the bottom part, it immediately turns itself off again until the next time I drive the car. I've tried a logo reset so far with no change in behavior. I'm near the end of my warranty period so I'll probably need to bring it in to get fixed along with any other small things that I want covered.

Not had this issue. But my goodness these seat warmers get hot! I can't tolerate anything other than the lowest setting
I have a similar issue with my steering wheel heat. It only happens when I use the mobile app to preheat the car, but when I do this the steering wheel heat is off when I get in the car. When I click to turn this heat on, it goes on and then immediately goes off again. Resets don't help fix this. If I DON'T use the app to preheat the car, the steering wheel heat works normally.

I'm the same as you. Lowest level is all I can do. And unless it's really cold, I only have that on for five or ten minutes.

I had this exact issue. Seat bottom would come on but then shut itself off after 3 or 4 minutes. I could not turn it on again until the car slept. Would reliably fail every day. The fix required replacing the seat at the Service Center.
