We have a SemaConnect charger at the house and (2) at the office, the charger I use at the office today would not charge my car or my colleagues Polestar, this was concerning as SemaConnect was bought by Blink this past summer and I wasn't sure how the customer service response was going to be. So far it's been very good and after I send them some pics of the two the working chargers tomorrow I am hoping to get a thumbs-up on a replacement charger for the unit that isn't working.
