bent rim, flat tire

I’ve posted some complaints before, so here’s the opposite. I hit a pothole (?!) at high speed and dented a wheel pretty badly. Limped home. Lucid has sent a mobile service van and totally taken care of the problem.

Really first-rate service. That is all.

Can you elaborate on that? Did Lucid replace the wheelset for you free? Or did you buy a new wheelset from Lucid/3rd party & they replaced it for you @ home? I'm assuming the latter, but correct me if I'm wrong.

Blimey, that's a 19" rim? Must have been quite some pothole! (and / or considerable speed )
