I purchased a used 2022 Lucid Air Grand Touring about 2 months ago. My first EV so I’m pretty new to this. Anyway charged my car to 80% the other day, 5 hours later the battery was at 62% this is without the car being moved. How can this be? Is it something I should reach out to Lucid about?

Yes you should definitely call Customer Service and/or use the app to schedule a service appointment. That amount of battery degradation in five hours while sitting still is not at all normal. Something is wrong.
