Baby Car Seat in 2nd row

Hey everyone, what's the consensus of mounting the front-facing baby car seat in 2nd row seats ? It doesn't appear the headrest for 2nd row is adjustable so does that mean I need to strap over the headrest to mount the top tether? Seems kinda odd? Here are pics...

Headrest for 2nd row is adjustable, so you can should be able to get the strap under it as usual.

How do I adjust it? Is there a button I need to push/click? I've tried pulling upwards to no avail...

Nevermind, found it - the button is on the "inside" of base...
