Anyone able to set up automatic finance/lease payments electronically?

Has anyone been able to use their bank's bill pay system to make lease payments? Lucid Financial Services does not show up as an electronic payee in search so my (major) bank has been sending paper checks in mail to the address from LFS statements. First payment I made posted 2 days late because it took LFS more than a week after receiving the check to process it on their end. My bank notified me that the 2nd payment (check) they sent 2 weeks before due date (to the same address from the statements) got returned resulting in another LFS late fee. I'm aware of the auto-pay option for direct debits against my checking account that I can setup on servicelfsus.com but I prefer seeing/scheduling all my monthly payments in one place (my bank's bill pay) hence my ask.

I am dealing with the same thing right now. LFS Lease (I think it's a collection company called ARS because I was past due) instructed me to stop payment on the first check that was 2.5 weeks old, I sent a second check and now my account is showing two payments posted. It took over 3 weeks for them to post the first check. When stuff like this happens it makes me double-down on not wanting to provide my ACH information for them to draft directly out of my account.

every aspect of lucid's handling of their leasing is a disaster, I hope to be able to exit my lease with only minimal wounds. this is a shame because the car has been great and worry free for me but this leasing side of the deal has turned me off to considering another lucid deal. Tesla alienated many of their customers with their shady pricing moves, and their terrible cost cutting of customer service and Lucid is on the same path.

as for payments I set up payments via my banking app which I am shutting down immediately and will make the final payment manually.
