On my Air Touring, the android auto stopped working and would not launch. It happened about 2 weeks back. I have tested with two different phones and it is not a phone issue. Anyone else running into it?
Apple car play works fine.

Yes! Write to customer care. [email protected]
Mine stopped working after the last update. I did some troubleshooting then gave up and wrote customer care. They never responded, but it was magically fixed by the next morning. I guess I'm assuming they fixed it.

Symptoms
  • The Android Auto icon is grayed out.
  • When I tap it, it spins and then nothing happens.
Troubleshooting
  1. Car - turn bluetooth off, wait, turn it back on. Nothing.
  2. Restart the onboard computer. Nothing.
  3. My phone - turn bluetooth off and on. Nothing.
  4. Restart my phone. Nothing.

Assuming you've tried pushing the Android Auto icon on the car's connectivity screen:
Turn the car's Bluetooth off and back on
if that doesn't work, reboot the infotainment using the steering wheel buttons
If that doesn't work, plug the phone into the car with a USB cable

Just to close it out, disabling/enabling bluetooth on the car fixed it. Thanks folks for pointers.
