I didn't think so, but I'm on an s24. Did you try rebooting the car? Do you see the lucid paired in your Bluetooth settings? The app should not have anything to do with mobile key set up. That is something that is handled through the vehicle and Bluetooth pairing on the phone.I am unable to get mobile key setup after new app update on s25+. Tried restarting, unpair, pair again, deleting the app, reinstalling. Basically everything that I could have done. Is this is a known issue?

For me it takes about 5-10 seconds when unplugged. It seems quicker to me if the car is plugged in. Perhaps it's in a lighter type of sleep mode when plugged in.Does the app take really long to wake up the car for you guys (for example going into the app and trying to turn on climate control)? It used to be really fast for me but ever since the new revamped app (v2.0.0), it's almost 10 seconds or more.
Yes its mobile key from app. My phone connects via car Bluetooth for music, call and functions. Just unable to get mobile key work. I'll make a quick video and share.I think that @kae02 is talking about the app's mobile key function, and that you're thinking he means the key fob. The only way to pair the app's mobile key to the car is through the app itself.
I got an S25+ a month ago, took 2 tries but did pair and works great. I have "Passive Unlock disabled" and has never failed depressing the handle to unlock. Don't like the car unlocking every time I walk past it in the garage. I do notice that everytime I get in the car the audio always sets to my phone rather than to Tidal as it was when I parked it.I am unable to get mobile key setup after new app update on s25+. I see, thanks for confirming, then it should work on my phone too. I'll check with service center then as I already tried all mechanisms including resetting the car, reinstalling the mobile app and all app permissionsI got an S25+ a month ago, took 2 tries but did pair and works great. Whoops yup- my mistake.I think that @kae02 is talking about the app's mobile key function, and that you're thinking he means the key fob. The only way to pair the app's mobile key to the car is through the app itself.
Also try trouble shooting with another phone. It may be the car!I see, thanks for confirming, then it should work on my phone too. I'll check with service center then as I already tried all mechanisms including resetting the car, reinstalling the mobile app and all app permissions
Turn off the Wi-Fi on your phone and your car when you set up the mobile key.Yes its mobile key from app. My phone connects via car Bluetooth for music, call and functions. Just unable to get mobile key work. I'll make a quick video and share.

Yes, it takes longer than 10 seconds for me. That was my original go-to solution for quick access (via cellular) to the car but now this also no longer works after v2.0.0.For what it's worth... A number of people, both aOS and iOS users, have found that the app wakes the car much more reliably if you turn the car's wi-fi connection off, and just let the car communicate via the inbuilt AT&T SIM card. As long as your car is getting an outside connection via the SIM card, there really is no need for the wi-fi connection. I don't know why, but this is often the solution.
