Alexa not working at all does not respond to commands.

She works for me even when we don’t say her name. Try logo reset.

I’m suddenly having the same issue. Did logo reset, re-paired my phone… still suddenly not responding at all. It’s like I don’t have a mic.

Did you try pressing the mic button on the steering wheel? The other day, I was trying to use Alexa and I found that I had to press the mic button. I swore that previously I could just say "Hey Alexa" but decided that maybe I was remembering incorrectly.

There is a setting under Settings > Apps > Alexa called “Handsfree mode” or similar. If that’s checked, you can say “hey Alexa”

Thx. I'll check that. Maybe it got changed somehow.

Turned out re-pairing my phone yet again made Alexa work again.
