In order to stop doing so, I just disconnect my BT when I enter my home. Than the car can't be unlocked/awake, and those problems do not appear.
I really love the auto-unlock feature when I approach the car, and it works 90-95% very well, that's why I can sacrifice a little bit of convenience and just turn the BT off.

I don't think we ever "hear" that it's paused. We just observe it after numerous failures, bricked vehicles, then radio silence.

The silver lining is that it's happened so many different times now that we can all recognize the signs. It's pulled.

No it,s not, I've just updated my car to 2.9.3 - and for now everything works perfectly fine, some important things were added, (Window opening from the app, % at destination instead of km, better BT, better phone calls quality)

Lucid has actually said when they have paused updates. Sometimes by official announcement and sometimes by reps on the forum. I do recall the rollout required the car be connected to Wifi and that the roll out to cars not connected would occur "later". I personally haven't gotten it but my car is now in service so I suppose if its paused they will tell me because they wouldn't install a paused update.

I got it then my car started asking for a PIN to drive. When I contacted service, they said they'd had a lot of calls about that recently. Could be related? I'm not certain they'd announce a pause on the rollout, i can't really think of any other manufacturers who do.

To be honest I'd love to have PIN to drive option availble as I feel it adds another layout of security.
Just like PIN to open the glovebox - than you can treat the glovebox like a safe

You are lost, this thread is about 2.9.0.

2.9.3 is only for the Pure RWD models, and was a swift followup to 2.9.2 which bricked vehicles with Drive System Fault errors. All other models are on 2.9.0 if they got it, or 2.8.30 if they didn't because it's now been pulled.

Finally got 2.9.0 made available to cars in Saudi Arabia two days ago. Updated mine and so far so good! Even the drowsy alert monitoring hasn't acted up yet.
 
so I just got "keyfob not detected" a bunch of times in my loaner Air DE on 2.9. Never even seen that before.

Fob battery is probably low. I was given a loaner where the actual fob battery low warning came up on the dash!

Weird, when i got in my Air Touring, my other fob (for that car) it said "keyfob battery low". Now this one just says not detected that's why low battery didn't occur to me. I'll try a new one.
 
I'm a recent buyer of a 2026 Air Pure. I was just looking at my Lucid app. It says version 2.8.30 and says it's up to date. Should I be seeing version 2.9?
 
Something really strange and worrisome happened in my Lucid App recently. My silver AT is now depicted in black color. Should I be worried that my car will change color too?

Pure should have 2.9.3. You can contact customer service to request they push out the update to you.

I have a 2023 Touring and I'm still on 2.8.30 too. Was just at the dealer a week ago - mentioned it to them and they said it should be coming to me soon. I'm not in a big hurry since the upgrade didn't seem to do much....
