Ok so 2.10 broke Bluetooth for me...no one can hear me when I call them from the car ....I'm so fed up of Lucid software
I've had this issue (among others) for months. It's not all the time. I'd say about once a week. A reset or two or three fixes it.Ok so 2.10 broke Bluetooth for me...no one can hear me when I call them from the car ....I'm so fed up of Lucid software
This is something I observed in my Lucid UX, pre-2.10.0.The new bug I have in 2.10.0 is anytime I pause Tidal (Lucid UX version, not Android Auto) by clicking the button on the steering wheel roller, it always starts the song over. I can see the timer move back to zero as soon I click pause.
Gonna give it a week before I call CSI guess it will be me and @Tim-in-CA, the last holdouts on 2.8.30 with our 2023 Tourings...
Tim, if you get the Bat Signal for 2.10, let me know so I can call CS for a "push"!![]()

Try deleting your phone from the Lucid and deleting the Lucid from your Bluetooth in the phone. Then repair. May fix. Good luck.Ok so 2.10 broke Bluetooth for me...no one can hear me when I call them from the car ....I'm so fed up of Lucid software
I had this happen as well, and like others on this Forum, I did the soft reboot. It fixed it, but it's happened multiple times for me. Another new thing with 2.10 is that I get a random chime when I turn on the car and then the screens reboot without me wanting that.Ok so 2.10 broke Bluetooth for me...no one can hear me when I call them from the car ....I'm so fed up of Lucid software
For me, I've noted when this happens, in settings under connectivity, my phone cannot connect to bluetooth. You select it and ask it to connect, but it cannot until you reboot. That doesn't sound like a Bluetooth issue. If you can call from the car then Bluetooth is fine, no?
It sounds like a microphone issue. I've had voice commands stop working, where I press the button and nothing happens because the car never hears me. Next time you see the problem, try using a voice command to confirm. It's that's the case it's an old bug and unrelated to 2.10.
Ah, that's different from what the original guy said (where he makes the call but can't be heard). So I guess my advice was just for @lucidtouringmanFor me, I've noted when this happens, in settings under connectivity, my phone cannot connect to bluetooth. Tried to text but SMS is "unavailable" at this time. Called CS , stayed on for 30 minutes then was told to enter number for call back. They called back within 30 minutes, was told they would send a message to their software engineers. If that doesn't work, they would contact me to go to SC.Gonna give it a week before I call CS
Just did the same thing and my experience was similar. The CS agent told me to expect my vehicle to be flagged for the update by end of day. Pretty amazing that SMS/Text/Chat support isn't available as that is their LEAST expensive option for support.Tried to text but SMS is "unavailable" at this time. I wonder if, for whatever reason, they like to talk to people?Just did the same thing and my experience was similar. That’s an interesting one. I turned that setting off the first day I had the car and it’s never turned itself back onSince the last two software updates, I have this lingering issue of drowsy driver alert flashing during long drives. I turn off the feature each time in the Dreamdrive settings and it comes back to enable for the next drive. If Lucid is listening, please fix this and keep the feature disabled if the user has turned it off. The math behind this alert was never done correctly and it does not work as intended.
You mean Lucid is the Chase Bank of cars??!!I wonder if, for whatever reason, they like to talk to people?
