Just noticed a 3750 air credit. Still, lease payments are 710 for 18 months and 10k miles. That’s if you assume 5k onsite and 7.5k ev credit also. Is this correct? Seems high payment. This would mean they crushed the residual and made it much lower again? This for 74.5k car.

Now seeing much lower lease payments, comparable to what I pay. Good deals out there

Are you sure about that? I see lease quotes comparable to what I saw at the first of June, which are just a bit higher than I got in late May.

What did change recently is that the lease calculator now defaults to not showing taxes and fees. Here is an example when I toggle the taxes and fees on:

This is what I’m seeing. Notice the cash due at signing is 5881. That’s almost completely covered by the 5750 on site credit and 750 referral.

I pay $550 a month and owed $1500 down. So $1500 / 18 months is an extra $83. 631-83= $547 a month. Identical to my order.

Ok so I didn’t include taxes and fees. With that it’s about $100 more than my deal I guess. You are right, not as good but still pretty good for a car with this msrp.
