AC up air button seems to be coming loose.

Or maybe they just dont like you so they keep putting it off... I like the feel and quality of the buttons.

I was told similar on the phone today by the tech who called me, but he estimated a few weeks, not months. Fingers crossed. Good luck to you!
 
As an update, I have already been contacted and informed parts are in. Tech is coming next week to install. FYI.
 
Installation was super easy. Tech was great. A fantastic experience compared to traditional car servicing. Buttons feel smoother now and seem less prone to peeling.
 
Yes mine was finally installed a couple of weeks ago. The part is actually all the buttons. It’s a single unit. Looks great now.

Service is their best feature.

I have had my GT for about 3 months now. Recently the AC buttons looked “off”. Upon closer inspection I noted that parts of the overlying plastic (?) coating have broken off. I don’t have kids and don’t treat the car in a rough fashion. It’s only ever washed / detailed by my longtime mobile detailer (same guy every time) and my suspicion is that a loop of microfiber cloth is catching raised portions of the plastic and causing them to split off.

I wonder if customer service would replace them as it looks less than fetching.
