I used ABRP from New England to Denver and then back to Southern VA with no problem. I also used the EA app for station status. I just tried ABRP to plan a route from Williamsburg VA to Keene, NH, and tried to avoid DC and the GW Bridge, preferring a longer and less potentially congested route north. It is rather clumsy and time-consuming to add waypoints for my route preference. ClaudeAI produced an acceptable route as well as EA stations every 200 miles. (200 to 250 miles is about my seat time tolerance, as I am not in a race). I could go every three hundred or more miles between charges if necessary but my dog and I like to take a break after about four hours. Too bad that ABRP has not integrated ClaudeAI functionality.

Did you have to manually input Claude’s trip info into ABRP or another GPS app? Or did you just follow Claude’s instructions but not have GPS functionality?

I did not make that trip, but I would have entered the destination and waypoints in Apple Maps. I use the Lucid GPS as a backup, but I may use it as the primary. Still clumsy. ABRP app is in CarPlay but I have not used it live. Apple Maps gives great progressive instructions, detail, and traffic indicators. I think ClaudeAI or Chat GPS will be integrated with the navigation modules before long. Surprisingly, they have not been integrated already.
