AA now resuming with same music player as last drive (?)

is it just me or is AA now resuming with the last player still selected? I thought it was always letting AA music grab control when I got back in the car. Now I just noticed that my SXM channel is still playing even though AA starts back up when I get in. I am on 2.8.0 and only noticed this now, approx a week after that update. Anyone else? I haven't tried leaving Tidal playing yet.

by the way, I noticed that AA does not retain the last played source if it was Tidal (but it still seems to for SXM). So it seems to be app dependant.
