90 day wait for Denver Service

They need a plan for Denver. Right now the “Service Center” is two employees and a rented space from an autobody shop. They are hopelessly overwhelmed.
Seriously, they didn’t set up a “ real” service center there? I’m scratching my head so much I made a hole. Preposterous!

I'm due to replace my 4yr old AGT. A new Lucid is a lead candidate but the lack of service (I'm in Albuquerque) is making me look at alternatives. Starting to look at MB EQS 580 as an alternative but it is not without its own issues.

I agree the service is not OK. I was given a several months quote as well. What they did do, was give me an equivalent loaner car the entire time, even though my car was just sitting at the lot waiting for them to diagnose and fix. This is what Tesla used to do many years ago as well. I put mileage on a premium model X for three months while they waited for rear glass to come into inventory. There are similar issues with mainstream companies like GM, for example, where people blow a brand-new transmission and cannot find replacement in inventory for months. Definitely not saying that any of this is OK.

tangent, I know most EV people hate the idea of the franchise dealership model (and what that has become). this is what we get instead.

if I want my Rover fixed it's usually looked at, if not work started on it the same day. (and no jokes please on the perceived revolving door of JLR service ;))
I’ve been in and out that door many times myself!!

We have an EQS.
While MB service is definitely better than the current Lucid state, it's nowhere close to what it used to be.
Typically, annual service: 3 working days. Repair/trouble shooting: 1 working week.
