It may just be a vicious rumor! I thought someone else had mentioned it was stopped. I have no confirmation, though it does seem like folks are saying they’re not getting it and it came out weeks ago, I think.

Oh those aren't specific to 3.3.9, they've existed since the 3.3.x's have been rolling out.

Agree. I feel like the black screens came in 3.3.5 but I was happy to get them as the fob began to work far better.
 
No offense to anyone, but this meme pops into my head whenever a new Gravity owner runs into common issues...

Bring on 3.4.x. The 3.3.x series has been cursed and was definitely 2 steps forward and 1 step back in every update.
 
My car self-updated itself sometime yesterday from 3.3.5 to 3.3.9. Usually with the Air you would have to confirm it and start it, but I got into the Gravity and the little alert icon on the home section of the Cockpit had update completed. My app shows the fob has a firmware update needed but I am not brave enough after 3 days to attempt that one.

okay, so they have not pulled it ....
 
It was 3.3.8 that was pulled shortly after release. 3.3.9 has been available as far as I can tell (my app still shows it as an available software update).

My Gravity that was delivered last week had 3.3.9 (although the app shows 3.3.5)
 
i have mobile service tomorrow to get the 2nd key setup, I will ask the guy about 3.3.9 ...
 
how long before your car stops showing as offline? 2 days?

I am 1,000% happy to be wrong if 3.3.9 is still being rolled out. That’s great to hear.
 
Ok I finally got 3.3.9 offered after texting with the support line and they pushed it to my car. Updated went smoothly and everything came up correctly. Took it for a quick drive an have not seen any issues.

I also got the 2nd key now, which I noticed I could update via the app, which I did. I have the say the mobile service was a good experience, glad I don't have to drive anywhere for something like that.
 
nothing really changed for me on 3.3.9 .. only thing I noticed, the live view in app now does NOT work ... before it worked it least sometimes .. now it just says connection failed. Doesnt matter if the car is on wifi at home or not. But I am not sure if this has maybe todo that the car shows its IN SERVICE. the mobile service still shows its active and the car shows its in service. I texted the support if the can take it out of that mode ... so maybe it has to do with that.

You can still view the cameras while the car is flagged as in service in the app.
 
yeah anyway, car is out of service once they completed the work order and live view works again. car was just parked and didnt change anything else.
