2027 Air Available

I just discovered the 2027 Air update happened on or about August 19. No formal announcement that I’m aware of. No changes in the form of improvements, but the Pure has been reduced to three colors only, and the Pure options have been reduced. Convenience package is no longer available on the Pure, for example. The AeroNaut wheels don’t seem to be available anymore on any trim. (This is interesting because many of the photographs of the Air on the main homepage of the site show those wheels.) Go to the Lucid official website for details. Prices are unchanged.

Good to see a Pure option which I had hoped to buy when I did my initial booking. RWD with no frills at 71,900. This kind of simplified option is what should have been offered a long time ago. When the 7500 rebate was available this would have been a 64K car. Without the frustrating/limited DDP this would have done much better. Model S buyers would have given it a serious look with it's better range and interiors and driving dynamics. Lucid would be losing a ton of money per car but unless you get volume unit economics won't fall.

Most you can add is Pkg 1 - SSP and stealth or Pkg 2 - pkg 1 + 20 inch wheels.
