2026 Air changeover date

Well, first they surprised me by resuming production of Pures, not just Tourings... then today after zero production of any new Grand Tourings for weeks, they suddenly added 22 new 2025 Grand Tourings to the inventory available pages. So all 3 trims for 2025 Airs are still being produced... they just seem to cycle the factory - first tourings for a long time (most in demand) then a burst of Pures, and then a burst of GTs.

No sign they're slowing down new productions of any trim level to get set for 2026 cars.

I got a brand new Pure as a loaner down here the other day. It had 30 miles on it.

Whoa, Lucid just released a TON of Airs to the available inventory database...
Bunch of new Pure and Tourings, even a handful of new GTs.
87 new cars released in last 24 hours, less 17 that have been sold in that time...

Most we've ever seen in inventory...
No idea what that means in terms of 2026 production... but clearly they're not yet done with 2025 production.

They've kept average Touring price (inventory cars) remarkably stable while raising the prices of Pures and GTs.

no, as of the last run of my scraper, there was just a single vehicle with DD Pro. could well be gone now. there are filters you can apply... i'm sure you did. there aren't many DDPros again right now... keep checking, sometimes they do appear.

Thanks for your reply. It is especially crazy that they announced the hands free drive assistance as of the end of the month, but they don’t allow you to lease a capable car…

I suspect they made an estimated guess on how many people would go for DDPro, and ended up selling out of those vehicles faster than anticipated.

Estimates are tough.

I would hope with handsfree making its way to Air soon that they will ship a lot of 2026 cars with Pro installed.

The AGT DDPs have always sold quickly and been in short supply.

You’re right. I’d forgotten about that. They should have built up some DDP inventory. Right as there’s an especially good reason to get it.

Totally agree. Before this year it seemed that most GT’s on the website came with DDP. This year not so many. Hope they start producing more once hands free is available. Wonder if they are just waiting for 2026 models?

My SA told me in June that going forward only 10% of the AGTs were going to have DDP. I was skeptical, but after looking at the latest numbers, perhaps he was correct.
