Hi, I am so sorry that your car was towed. I hope that it's a minor issue and you get your car fixed soon.

After a long diagnosis and extensive communication with the NY mechanic and CA headquarters, they confirmed the part will be replaced under warranty.
It's not done yet, and now the service provider is stating that the mechanic is suggesting changing the coolant -$810.00(I've had an issue with A/C that wasn't blowing the heat). Unless I switch this car with another. I have no choice but to replace the coolant.
So far, I am driving the Loaner car until my car gets fixed.

The coolant is bad in thousands of these but I thought they were swapping it out no charge?

They are charging $810.00 plus tax if I wish to change. Maybe my warranty has expired?
It's very confusing whether I should change or not
I told them I plan to switch cars by the end of the year; the service provider said I don't need to change.
