2 MONTHS until the next available service appointment!

east coast DMV area, app is not working to schedule service, they aren't answering the phone(been calling for 2 weeks). I will have to drive down there just to schedule an appt
Try calling no later than 30 minutes after opening, and about 30 minutes before closing. This is when I've had best luck. I called on 03/27/2026 to schedule replacement of cracked Rear Windshield. My appointment was set for 05/04/2026.

Rear Windshield cracked because of driver error! Ironically, I backed up into a "Gravity" DC Fast Charging Module in NY City. They are mounted on the garage ceiling and there is no clear warning to always park front first. The rear aero-fin hit the ceiling module and was pushed downwards onto the Rear Windshield, causing multiple veiny cracks.

Gravity will be at Tysons Service Center for 7-10 days. Hope to pick up by May 13/14. The actual work takes 1-2 days, but they are very backed up with work orders.
I was given an Air Touring loaner.

After 4 days in parking garage (dropped off on Monday), my Gravity has moved into shop and entered "In Service" mode.
Hopefully, they can replace cracked Rear Windshield tomorrow, Saturday, and let adhesive cure over the weekend.

Rear Windshield was replaced on Saturday.
Picked up Gravity on Monday afternoon. Total cost was $1,436.

The interminable wait for service is really my only knock on Lucid right now.

Took delivery of a new Air Touring, went through a lengthy checklist, and three hours later realized my GPS spun around in circles every 30 seconds and one of the speakers was blown.

Next appointment two months out, made it on the app. After I had a blinker go out I called to see if we could get things moved up, took a week to get an appointment three weeks earlier.

I get the overall vibe that everyone is trying really hard, but five years into it things are still coming out wonky from the factory and the service staffing isn't there to handle the amount of these cars that need service.

It's a huge issue that's going to drag Lucid down if it's not corrected. Like the other guy above, I'm coming from Audi where you make an appointment and two days later they have a loaner for you when you drop off your car and a couple days later you have your car back, repaired. Two months to correct things that are wrong on delivery is bad advertising, because every time someone gets in the car they're like "oh what's this new car do you like it" and then all they see are things acting haywire.

Hoping they get it together because it's going to be very hard to scale this if they can't get that critical part correct.

I asked my mobile tech about scheduling my 12 month service and he mentioned that he was booked 2 months out. Not surprising since he is the only mobile service tech for North and South Carolina. Maybe I'll change the wipers / fob batteries myself.

They had one guy doing Utah, Idaho, California and Nevada here. He told me he was working 7 days a week. He was nice but he quit, I don’t think they have one but are hoping for a replacement “in June”. 🤷

I was unable to bring my car in for service tomorrow (as I told them would likely be the case when I booked 6 weeks ago). I tried contacting the BH studio directly and nobody answered. I called the 800 line and nobody answered. Four hours later, someone finally reached out to me from the 800 number. They then got someone from BH service to call me back. I explained that I can bring the car in on Friday instead and her answer to me was simply - well we can do that but we will need the car for 5-6 weeks. She said that I'll be at the bottom of the queue and will just have to wait. NONE of this is acceptable. I was sincerely looking to lease another LUCID when my lease comes up, but I will no longer. I cannot imagine getting a car for $135k with such poor customer service. I get that they're busy, then they need to hire more people to accommodate their existing customer base. If they cannot afford to do so, then they need to look at Chapter 11 and stop selling cars to consumers that they cannot service in a timely and professional matter. They simply cancelled my appointment with no follow up.

They certainly have a service problem, but that isn’t how filing for Chapter 11 works….

when your company is insolvent and you have a queue of 80 plus people waiting for months for service it is n indication that they are unable to continue meaningful business. 11 is reorganization, which they desperately need.

There is no indication they are insolvent…. Handling service poorly for some, yes, but no evidence of an inability to pay their bills.

I don’t think those words mean what you think they mean
