I just made a long trip in my Air Touring and it was not a good experience. I am not super tall, but for me to see the cockpit panel and for the bottom of the wheel not to rub against my knees, I need the wheel near its highest position, which partially blocks the driver facing camera. Strangely, the dream drive pro hands-free assist works OK if I am wearing sunglasses, but when I take them off, the car nags me constantly to pay attention and take control. In stop-go traffic this is really insanely irritating. Lowering the wheel to get a clear shot at the driver facing camera is not an option with my body configuration. Lucid needs to fix this, either by providing an option to disable the camera at your own risk, or sell a stick-on periscope or some other way to make the ADAS (for which I paid good money) actually work for anyone that isn't a midget.
The other thing that was super frustrating, is that the navigation system has no option to not use toll roads. If the system detects traffic ahead, it takes you off the most efficient route to the entrance of a toll road for which I don't have a transponder. It only tells you about the toll AFTER you have left the original freeway. Switched to Waze which is much better.
The longer I own the car, the more frustrated I become with it. There are so many minor irritations that it has got to the stage that I really cannot recommend it to friends that are considering going EV. Drives great, but will also drive you crazy.
