$2,000 conquest offer confirmation

I know its stated in the description of the offer that it does NOT include Tesla (I know there's $4,000 if you trade one in though).


I currently lease a Tesla that ends next month. Would the $2,000 Conquest offer apply or not? I've heard conflicting answers
