I’m having the same experience but have gone wired as I just don’t want to spend anymore time on this. As an aside I tried two other family members iPhones and had the same experience. It’s definitely a Lucid issue.

Everyone says USB but I’ve tried multiple times with m4a files that I know 100% are Atmos encoded and they don’t show up in the library. What could I be doing wrong?

If you want some great sounding music subscribe to Qobuz Sublime and buy your favorite music in hi-res. Then load it to a USB drive and enjoy the best fidelity I’ve experienced in the Lucid.

If audio quality is important lossless files on a USB Drive FTW.

The 4c is a special car. One of my top recommendations for an attainable exotic that will IMHO increase in value over time. Stock or tuned?

I know it’s actually not faster but it sure feels it. I guess that’s why throttle remapping is part of most ICE tunes.

Turning off regen makes the car feel MUCH faster to me even under acceleration. Question: why would there be such a significant difference during acceleration? As I understand it regen is only in play on deceleration.

Sorry to hear about your experience. My experience was also terrible but for different reasons. Had I not invested a fair amount of time and been persistent I wouldn’t be driving a Lucid. I suspect most buyers would have given up.

IMHO the performance at factory settings after the update is terrible. At modest levels with music with bass is overdriving the drivers. You can hear the mechanical limits of the drivers with lots of distortion and vibrations. Listening to music I’ve personally mastered is WAY hot on the low end...

You nailed it with “antidote to road rage”. I have a similar type of commute with my evening return. It’s filled with countless near misses, and just down right insane driving that used to leave me exhausted and stressed when I got home. I could just find a solution for the inch away tailgaters…

Maybe not the same class but the CT5 V Blackwing with a manual or if you have to an auto is imho the best balance of driver engagement and comfort of any sedan that I’ve experienced. Driving everything discussed here with the exception of a Sapphire.

I have a 1TB Samsung T7 SSD that works great on either usb connector. I believe it’s an NVME drive and may explain the compatibility. Conversely I couldn’t get several different USB keys to work. Kept getting incorrect format error even though they were formatted correctly.
