I spoke with Customer Care, and Hey Lucid doesn't have the capability to text it initiate calls apparently. They're working on it for future updates. You can shut it off, but the Alexa option isn't available any longer.

I'm a 10 hour drive through the Rockies to Vancouver. Like others, I've only had to take the car in once and they had a GT waiting for me to use for the 4 days they had my Touring. The mobile tech has been fantastic as well. To answer the question, yes I'd still have bought my car.

I agree 100% I love my Lucid and have the utmost respect for what the team has accomplished in just a few years. Unfortunately, patience is a virtue I was not born with. I'm excited to get the update.snd try it out. I've got DD Pro so I'm dying to take a road test and try it all out!!

I called customer service, they said "my car was on the list". I would hope so, lol. She wasn't able to give any insight as to how long it would take or how they determined the order it was sent out in.

Since buying my Air Touring, the mobile app has never been fast to wake the car. It now seems to be getting worse, to the point it tells me its taking longer than normal. I'm on a Samsung Z Fold 6, latest version of the App and my car is up to date. Any suggestions?
