Had the car transported to Seattle, again, and waiting to hear from service department as to what is the problem. Noticed they had a recall of 2022 models for this problem, (Suspension control fault) mine is a 2023 model so maybe they haven't fixed the original recall problem after all.

Easy entry/exit works, however, it retracts fully and to the lowest position, making it equally difficult to exit and enter the vehicle. You should be able to set a position of retraction that is most comfortable for the driver.

I did a reset and the fault went away for a few days, but came back and it now come up every time I start the car.

I also have received the suspension control fault, went through the same reset and had a tech. dispatched to my home. He could find nothing and referred his findings to the Seattle center. They contacted me and said they were ordering a left front strut and will transport my car to the service...

If you have figured out a way for the seat to retract when you open the door, and then stay there until you re-enter please share. I have to manually retract the seat each time.

I would think this would be an easy fix. Just have the seats retract when the door is opened. Most cars already do this. It is a pain to have to move the seat back every time you want to exit the car.
