What size tire should YOU get? size, width, type explained

As someone who tracks their summer toy, a 718 GT4, weekly in season, I come from a completely different school of thought. One of the 1st things I did when I got the car was go to 19" forged wheels from the OEM 20s. I would have gone to 18s but caliper clearance was an issue. Obviously this...

    Snow tires for ski season

I'm about to come out of a Mercedes GLS and I suspect it weighs as much or more than the Lucid. I used XL rated Blizzaks. When you go on the tire rack site and enter make model of car it only shows XL rated winter tires appropriate for our cars. My car is specked with 19" tires so I'm not sure...

    Snow tires for ski season

Tire rack has several XL rated tires. Based on personal experience, I'd go with either the Blizzaks or Michelin X-Ice although I've heard good things about the Vredesteins, also XL, and I may go with those.

Any suggestions who to email at Lucid to get a response from a higher up who can get things done?

The residual they are using comes to $68k+. I'm excited about getting the car but am also aware this is a start up that needs to get its s*** together. In 3 yrs whether the company still exists or not and whether as a 3 yr old the car it will have any value is the leasing companies problem. From...

Any suggestions who to email at Lucid to get a response from a higher up who can get things done?

1st, 2nd & 3rd questions I asked before I applied for lease--what is the residual value and what is the money factor. Oh, we can't tell you that until you fill out the application ie they had no idea what I was talking about. Once I applied to BofA/Lucid financial I literally had to pry this...

Any suggestions who to email at Lucid to get a response from a higher up who can get things done?

I'm leasing it as it's a company car and given the start up issues it's not a car I'd buy outright now. I get the tax benefit because lucid financial credits the $7500 against the purchase price when formulating the lease payments. They basically add it to my down payment when doing the math...

Any suggestions who to email at Lucid to get a response from a higher up who can get things done?

Leasing--Bank of America runs the program. After being approved I was then declined because I couldn't answer a security question re.: if I leased a car in 2003,4,5 or 6. They told me I'd have to reapply. Got Lucid involved and it was solved. Sunday they sent me the lease to sign electronically...

Any suggestions who to email at Lucid to get a response from a higher up who can get things done?

Lucid email addresses are 1st and last name @lucidmotors.com. I have sent emails to higher ups that didn't bounce back and they have stimulated phone calls from worker bees following up on my issues. Not that it accomplished anything but I felt better.

    19" vs 21" Tires: Ride Quality/Range Difference

Awaiting my delivery before yr end with 19" for both range and comfort. My warm weather hobby is taking my toy, currently a '22 Porsche GT4, to the track where I'm a member as often as possible. The car came w/20" wheels which I replaced with lighter forged 19" aftermarket wheels. I would have...

    Range question

I disagree Re:cold weather effect on range of ICE cars. Cold air does increase power and this happens because the denser cold air allows the ECU to add more fuel. The flip side is "more fuel", I find I get better mpg in warm weather AC & all. Lucid suggestion good news for me as my preferred...
