Reply from Jess: I've heard its a mixture of things! Paint color, location, order date, etc. We also just upped our already high quality standards, so things did get pushed back a little bit. However, it should not be a significant delay at all. I find the location excuse to be a red herring...

I’ll try the email route. She used to be more responsive via text….. probably learned her lesson about that and creating expectations of immediate replies :)

Anyone here have Jess as DA? She was super responsive via text but have not heard peep after texting her for last four days - like to give her benefit of the doubt and chalk it up to the holiday vacation……
