Proud owner of new 2025 Air Pure!

I actually have two chargers. A NACS for my two Teslas in one garage and a CCS charger for our Lucid Air GT and Rivian R1S in another garage. So no adapter use.

    Expectations for a new AGT

I have been driving an Air GT since I took delivery in May 2022. Now, I have 48K miles. I love it. Best EV I have had (I have a Teslas and a Rivian). The Air GT is a sports car that seats five comfortably with two trunks. Handles great. Whiplash-inducing acceleration. Dream Drive Pro has lane...

    Successful delivery today

Really great color combination. Welcome! I have 48,000 miles on my 2022 Air GT and it remains totally awesome and trouble free!

    2.6.11 Update

It appears that 2.6.11 fixed this bug -- at least for me. My first overnight charge was last night after the update, and CarPlay worked without having to re-link. That felt great. So, Lucid does seem to fix a lot of bugs that they do not explicitly reference in the release notes. That's fine...

    2.6.11 Update

I hit the tell me about this update and then it locked out the screen with the speedometer. It went blank and stayed that way until I did the update. So I presumed that it was an intentional lock out. Who knows.

    2.6.11 Update

Well she will be able to drive away if she has 15 min to wait for the update to complete. I did not have that time today.

    2.6.11 Update

This update was unusual as it did not let you put the car into drive or reverse until after it was installed. I got to my car and had to leave it at home or I would have been late to work. Glad I had another car to take today.

    Morgan Stanley Upgrade

Yes. Adam Joanas has been a long-time Lucid naysayer. He seemed negative on the last earnings call. So I am glad that he has had a slight change of heart in a bullish direction.

    Raging BUY at $2.26?

Agreed. Lucid stock is undervalued, in my opinion. But everyone should make their own investment decisions.

    SiriusXM requires frequent reboots: normal?

I also prefer the cellular based SiriusXM to the satellite antenna I have in some other cars I have owned and still own. When listening to a live event like News you can easily skip back to the end of the previous commercial real and then skip pasted the next commercial break to catch up to...

    Roon Ready

No it does not matter on the highway if you are listening to DSD natively or after PCM conversation and bit rate/depth adjustment to play on Roon ARC. But the fact that I can play a native DSD file without issues in low or medium fidelity setting like a car is what makes Roon great. In addition...

    Roon Ready

Roon streams bit perfect files to Roon Ready endpoints, as such I have not encountered any “signal distortion”. I only had to pay $499 for my Roon lifetime subscription which I have been using since 2018 — so seven years or so has made it a bargain. I hope to be using for the next 7 and beyond...

    Roon Ready

Roon is the best system to integrate and maintain a coherent library of music from various sources and view them in one awesome interface. FLAC, DSF and streaming (Tidal and Qobuz are currently supported). It manages streaming to various output devices at the best resolution (bit rate) that the...

    Roon Ready

It is very unlikely that Lucid's sound system will ever be Roon Ready. Roon specifications are that a Roon endpoint must be on the same IP network segment as the Roon Core (although I have cheated and used Roon over a VPN back to my core at home). The Roon ARC app, which is intended for remote...

I am also a lifetime subscriber to Roon. I am listening to Jimi on Roon right now as I type...

    Hey Lucid Location Services

I think Lucid has been incredibly aggressive with the rollout of new features and bug fixes. Since my AGT was delivered with version 1.2.1, I can say with conviction that the updates have been frequent and meaningful.

    Hey Lucid Location Services

I agree with you. However, Tesla has been beta testing full self-driving- and charging a lot extra for it- for many years. I don't think Lucid should simply eliminate the immature and not-so-useful Lucid assistant. Why? Because it checks a box. Almost all cars have a voice assistant of some sort...

    Hey Lucid Location Services

I agree with you that the Lucid Assistant in its current form is immature. You can always turn it off. That is a setting that is user accessible. I keep it on and "play" with it now and then to see how it's doing. But for anything meaningful I go with "Hey, Siri" and CarPlay.

    Hey Lucid Location Services

I asked the Lucid Assistant, "Hey Lucid, what is the weather?" The answer said it could not respond because "location services were not activated" and that I would have to specify a city for the weather. Does anyone know how to turn on location services? It seems reasonable that the Lucid...

Quick someone write Mark Kelly and suggest he buy a Lucid

Politicians get insulted every day. It's the cost of being a politician. But Sen Kelly can drive whatever he wants to for whatever reason. I hope he purchases a Lucid Air (or Gravity).
