TravelCenters of America Inc. (TA) said Monday it has entered an agreement with Electrify America to expand electric vehicle infrastructure by adding direct current, or DC, charging at some of its locations starting in 2023. The Westlake, Ohio-based company, which offers a range of travel...

[Resolved] Brake release on hills, slopes, and inclines

Ever since hearing about this bug, I have tried to re-create it with no success. I have continued to not experience this issue since driving mine since March

    Satisfied

My car has worked without any issues since my March 2022 delivery and I’m 100% satisfied. I realize there may be some glitches with new products, but Lucid is not running away, they are tracking them down and fixing them. My interaction with my mobile tech has been fantastic on inspections...

2.0.15 - The MOAU - Mother Of All Updates

You forgot Lotus. Just sayin’ Cell phone and internet modem early adopters come to mind. I knew early adopters/buyers of the bag phones, “brick” looking cell phones, and some of the first modems available and they all were happy to be on the cutting edge. These early items didn’t work always...

….then you try your left foot in and you shake it all about…you do the hokey pokey and….then you push the button….that’s what it’s all about! 😭😭😭 Kidding aside Lucid didn’t make me dance around like this, for that I am thankful!

Finally, my review! 2000+ mile road trip

Every winter I feel cold air blowing in on my legs in our 2019 Escalade, of course it’s a boxy SUV. I haven’t felt that in the Lucid yet, but I haven’t been in 15 degree weather yet. I’m so impressed you drove the Lucid across the country. What a cool trip! Did you have people with their...

Finally, my review! 2000+ mile road trip

I’ve been driving my Lucid since March. The Nav has greatly improved with the updates. They aren’t done, looking forward to the next update. If what I saw as a giant leap forward with the Nav update, then the next may be much closer to what we experience with other Nav systems.

Question to Lucid owners; has your opinion on range anxiety changed after owning the Lucid Air?

Yea!!! I’ve had to work to get it down! So I can follow those battery guidelines of 20-80%. No range anxiety here.

On my father’s BMW the foot waver trunk tech never has worked consistently, meaning minimum of 4 or 5 foot waves, by then he is losing his balance and just presses the button! Plus you look like an idiot or at the very least feel like an idiot “dancing” on one foot in a parking lot.

I keep this in all cars now whether I have a spare or not. This link says unavailable but do a new search on Amazon and it’s available. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00BJ2TBL2/ref=ox_sc_act_image_1?smid=A3GTSJWTXGEZ3L&psc=1

HA rocks. The very first time I used it I was not impressed. But it was a short drive home after it was activated and it was the first time I had experienced it. After using it and more aware of how it is working I absolutely believe it is one of the best features I have ever experienced in a car.

That tight steering saved me last week when I was highway traveling at speed and looked down and up in a split second and there was a surprise waiting room chair present in the right side of my lane of travel. A quick jerk left and right by me and I was past it with no issue. You want that...

    Charging Settings

I’m on the 21’ wheels so I’m only supposed to get to 451 miles. I have only charged it 100% twice so far getting 442 each time which I’m very happy with. Can I switch to 19’ and realize a higher range? Or doe the car need to be updated if I change the tires?

Please critique my piece in Barron's

Well, his article could work to bring out all of the positives about Lucid rather than what he intended.
