    My two year review.

Yes, I do feel it looks good. I also understand that nothing is perfect, but with a six figure price tag it should be. I was buying what was promised, not what was delivered, and that's on me. Lucid needs to do better. Any other company without the Saudi bail money at every corner would have...

I have had it to the service center 5 times and all five times they tried to fix the fronk issue. I could claim lemon laws at this point if I really wanted to.

I did sit in it. I test drove it. It is what it is.

I suppose you are right. I should have called it my views, or my thoughts, or my opinions on my vehicle. Certainly didn't mean to make it look or sound like a comprehensive all inclusive review. I am entitled to these opinions as they are based on my experiences with my vehicles.

    My two year review.

2022 Lucid Air Grand Touring review after owning it for two years and driving 20,000 miles. Pros: I think it is the best looking EV and it handles nicely. Cons: 1. Sits too low, so you end up scratching the bottom on the rain curbs even at low crawling speeds. 2. Voice commands/Alexa is...

Been driving my Lucid GT for about 4 weeks now. The AC is just okay. To be fair, it has been 110 degrees for the past couple of weeks. It is definitely not as good as the AC in my Mercedes GLE AMG. The air doesn't really come out strong. Don't expect it to blow on your face to cool you down...

Follow up on my radar detector question. I spoke with Signature Audio and was told that they have done two Lucids Escort Max CI 360. Cost $6,300. Expensive... That would cover several tickets, bail money, and an attorney.

Has anyone custom installed a radar detector in their Air? I want to hard wire a Uniden R7. Know any shops that have done this on Lucids?

Really? I was supposed to take delivery in May; finalized my order in early January. So they are two months plus behind schedule and I had to compromise on the preferred interior and wheel size.

Just paid for my Lucid GT. Was really hoping to pick it up today or tomorrow, but looks like they have too many deliveries (??) and can't get to my order until early next week. Also made an appointment with Echelon Autosports in North Scottsdale to ceramic coat the whole car, tint windows, and...

    Finance vs. Lease

oh for sure. They are depreciating the car by 65% on paper. Even the Mercedes S class does not drop that fast, and that car is the worst in depreciation. Considering that I am buying the car for 139, they increase the price to 160, inflation is at nearly 10% and there is a shortage of chips...

I haven't gotten the actual contract yet, but the way they are leading me on believing that I will be able to.

    Finance vs. Lease

you are right; I thought it would decrease income thus saving you 33% of the federal tax burden, but I see now that it is a full tax credit! Lucid told me that they add the $7,500 to the down payment on the lease.

    Finance vs. Lease

I spoke with the finance today and was told that Lucid predicts a 65% depreciation over 48 months. Thus at the end of the lease, I could buy the car for $49,700. So if I finance, I will spend $153,552, minus the 33% of the $7,500 tax credit ($2,500), (about $151,000), and minus whatever the...

    Finance vs. Lease

Here are the numbers: Car cost for lease before taxes: $142,995 Lease: 48 months, 15k miles, zero down, monthly payment $2,245, equals total payment of $107,760 Car cost for purchase before taxes: $142,000 Finance: 48 months, zero down (for comparison sake), interest 3.89%, payment $3,199...
