Safe Tech Auto glass did a great job for me. They're housed out of various dealerships in the area. I use the one at Classic Chevrolet in Sugar Land, guy's name is David. He did an excellent job on fixing a pretty serious rock chip in a Gravity. He shoots straight in his assessment of your...
Yep, they take a beating from customers (no fault of their own btw), but it's the way it is due to Lucid's lack of service options in the region the Houston office covers.
Good news is they'll eventually give it back, working...Keep rattling the cage, not sure what number you're texting, but if you DM me I'll give you one which I know worked as of a month ago to try...
I know It sucks, but it's one of the reasons why Lucid struggles as a company which has been...
The Internet is filled with "ghosting" service issues at Lucid. Houston office is slowed the workload and service area they covered. However, the Dallas service center should have opened this week. Keep trying to contact them and eventually someone will reach out to you. But outside of saying...
I charge my Gravity on a Grizzl-e 80A and it runs fine, no serious derating since Lucid fixed their issues with the main power box. (Search the forum threads for more information) Average charging sessions run between 75A - 80A. Once I unplug from the charger, it resets itself and I don't have...
They've got a lot of updates (Air & Gravity) rolling out currently, hopefully everyone will get it either by its own update or in the next major update which should be in Q4.
It's 100% a Gravity software issue. About 5 minutes ago I was out walking in my neighborhood and I had my Fob with me, the Gravity was parked outside the garage, and the moment my key fob was picked up by the Gravity the garage door started to go down. It's been awhile since it's happened but...
I've moved it to the custom button and the random triggering hasn't occurred since. However, after about a month and a half the custom button stops working and I have to reset the car or move something else into the custom button for a day or so and move it back in order for it to work again.
Dr. Wheel mobile repair can match it almost perfectly... They've matched my Gravity (stealth) twice and you can't even tell there was any damage previously...

Oct 5th is the estimated date. Houston turned my car around in 8 days recently. They've got 3 service advisors now, and a whole bunch of techs working. Also, their staging room was full of new rides ready to go home. I'd say 80% of them were Gravity.
Just picked mine up yesterday for this issue, appears fixed after lift gate adjustment. Good news, was only in service less than 2 weeks which is down considerably from last times 6 weeks.
Did they take the battery precondition optimization table out in 3.6.4? I'm in a gravity loaner from the service center and it updated overnight and I went to precondition and I no longer see it.
