For mine (Pixel 8) I just went to bluetooth settings and saw it was still connected as phone and audio, but now there was the little AA symbol grayed out. When I tapped it, it connected right away.

It lets you do "ok google" voice commands now when connected right? I would assume AA wouldn't automatically do Alexa stuff but I also havent fully smartened everything in my house yet.

I've only ever had service once, for a flat tire, and the mobile tech was great (albeit a day after the tire popped). Lucid called a tow, and a ride for me, both to take me home and the car home. I've had the car for 11.5 months.
