My understanding was that Victor Bayas, who was a Lucid tech living in Homestead, was moving to NE Florida (maybe Palm Coast?) and was going to take over for Eric for Florida areas north east of there. Maybe that’s still true.

Mine was replaced when the car had just under 7,000 miles on the odometer, so the need for replacement isn't mileage-based.

As I recall, it was about a week. They did give me an Air GT loaner during the process.

My car's (2022 AGT) battery also was replaced with a remanufactured pack. The replacement pack lost me about 5 miles of total range (EPA miles) compared to the original pack. Not the end of the world, but I wasn't really thrilled.

You can, but on my iPhone, once I turn the phone off and then on again, and then re-open the Lucid app, the mobile key question comes back. Removing the mobile key question doesn't seem to stick.
