Yes, I would say that DDP lane centering seems to degrade when using Adaptive Cruise Control on more urban secondary roads. While lane centering is rock solid on most highways, whether pre-mapped or otherwise, I notice a lot of ping-ponging and steering wheel jerkiness on city streets.

Not had an issue at all with phantom openings, but the custom button on the steering wheel never works to open the door.
