Maybe I'm lucky but I had 2 very pleasant experiences with service in KoP PA Had the wheel replaced 1st time around and got a Gravity loaner and it took 2 days Had the console replaced and the frunk tweaked the 2nd time, ended up with an Air pure and it look 3 days (one day longer than expected)...
