My update failed as well as I posted earlier. I got it a second time tonight, tried to install, and it failed again.

Has anyone gotten this before with previous updates? Am I really going to be sitting there with a red update failed banner in my app until they push a new update (which was 55 days since the last one)?

Are you on WiFi now? That's what I noticed. Also I did try force closing/opening when the vehicle was offline at work, and it didn't make a difference. So that might be a separate bug than the not refreshing one.

The last time I messaged customer service they told me the 2026 Air would make the swap to NACS. They're just as useless as their software updates.

To be fair to Lucid, they also pulled 2.8.4 and 2.8.7 within this same quarter. That kind of communication only works when you're not blasting out your incompetence on a regular basis.
