I think that is your problem. Your home network and charger Factory IP are both 192.168.. If you check the manual and other threads here on charger installation this is a known issue for WiFi.

I heard back from CS. They report that they have identified an issue with the charger that affects charging with some vehicles. The issue will be fixed with a charger firmware update early in 2026. Progress.

CS reports that the Charger Team won’t be back in the office until Jan 5th. Though things seem to be working when charging at 72 A, the charger’s log is filling up with fault and error codes.
