    "Lucid Ramping up Deliveries"

I get the hate for Musk and Tesla, I really do, but you're wrong on the company's prospects. FSD is the real deal - I've driven with it - and robotaxi trials are underway to gather the data required for regulatory approval. At this point, what's holding Waymo back is the limited numnber of...

Anyone with Power or Tech Package look into Mini-Fridges?

The Keep On feature should be settable to: • Until next start • Until I turn it off Plus, it should be able to be controlled from the mobile app.

Problem charging with J1772 charger and Lucid adapter

That, unfortunately, does not work if you encounter that Ford home charger with V2H capabilities, as described in the video I linked above.

Problem charging with J1772 charger and Lucid adapter

Here's the Easy logic: • If the charger can output 20KW or more, use the big adapter. • If the charger outputs less than 20KW, use the small adapter.

    Frunk not opening correctly

I bet your rollup screen door is part of a more than $100k house, just as the frunk is but a part of the car.

Problem charging with J1772 charger and Lucid adapter

Yeah, it's interesting to note that while there are some CCS1 to NACS adapters that claim to support both AC and DC charging (so older cars can use NACS chargers), it's impossible to support both in the other direction due to the design of the J1772 and CCS1 plugs. Here's a video explaining...

NACS port and port cover locking rules?

OK, so I just tried the experiment at home: First, there appear to be 2 unlock states. If you unlock the car with the fob, the mirrors unfold, the handles present themselves and the NACS plug can be removed. However, if you unlock the car with the charge port door closed and let the car sit for...

Need help to decide on Audi or Lucid

The OP is long gone, almost certainly to Audi land. Just that one post here, then radio silence.

NACS port and port cover locking rules?

My recollection is that pressing the button on the NACS plug handle does not do anything on Lucid. It doesn't lock nor unlock the plug when at home on AC charging, and I think I tried on at a Tesla SC, but I was in a rush so I didn't pay too close attention.

    Frunk not opening correctly

Yeah, someone else was speculating that in warm Arizona frunks that open on first try might be having difficulty in colder weather. I hope there's a setting that works in all livable climates, -30ºF to 130ºF, else Lucid has some re-engineering to do.

    Issue list after two days....

Well, my Dec build delivered last Dec had it enabled and working with my old Homelink gate.

NACS port and port cover locking rules?

Yes, I said that with: My two questions remain unanswered, though:

    Issue list after two days....

You can just change the driver profile within the car. If you set a PIN, might have to enter that to get out of Guest. There are also settings to let you setup which driver profile is associated with the fob and with which key card. Car does have Homelink. What do you mean by "receiver?" The...

Anyone with Power or Tech Package look into Mini-Fridges?

Maybe they're better today, but in the past such things did not keep up with even an AC cooled vehicle environment, much less a vehicle sitting outside on a hot summer day. And since I already have 3 110 volt, 15 amp outlets, might as well make use of them.

Anyone with Power or Tech Package look into Mini-Fridges?

Thinking about getting a small (very small) fridge to keep sandwiches and drinks cold for long road trips. Anyone look into this and choose one?

NACS port and port cover locking rules?

With its powered port door, it doesn't, at least not exactly. For instance, if you lock a Tesla with the port door open, it closes and locks (unless a plug is in, of course).

Gravity Key Fob Battery helpful hints

FWIW, I have a Dec 2025 build, took delivery on Dec19 and have driven 1450 miles. Even though I haven't gotten a keyfob battery warning, I decided to check yofsy and it was at 2.95V, so I replaced it since I had bought 15 of them for $10 on Amazon (PowerOwl brand, which does well in Project Farm...

NACS port and port cover locking rules?

Trying to reverse engineer the logic. Here's what I've got so far: Car unlocked: Can open or close the port door. Can insert or remove a NACS plug. Car locked: Cannot open the port door if it was closed at time of locking. If an NACS plug is inserted, it cannot be removed, even if you...

    Frunk not opening correctly

That doesn't seem helpful. Chances are your spacers are already close to the proper length. Presumably, someone/something checked that the frunk hood opened and closely properly at least once since coming off the assembly line (if not also during).
