My sentiments exactly. cccv2 upgraded made everything faster and this new interface is even faster and it has been very smooth for me. It's working much better in general than the previous version of software so I'm very happy.

are you calling the customer service line or a service center? I've personally always had luck with both calling me back if I call first think in the AM and leave a message. If I call late in the day I've had less success with a call back. @marqie Perhaps you can assist ?

In the notes for install it mentioned that you might have to fully delete your phone / key and reconnect. I had to and ever since its worked perfectly. In fact the key works better than ever. You need to delete the key in the app I think. It was either in the app or the pilot panel.

When I approach my garage my homelink prompt appears and I can click it while the vehicle is moving. Seems to work for me as before the update.

I’m not the one that has to improve service wait times so I can authentically hope that said times improve. Lucid however should implement a strategy that involves more than hope. Lucid has stated awareness of the problem and intent to correct it. Only time will tell if their POA is effective...

I waited 3 months for a service appointment and it took a month to service my car so yeah no it’s not fast. Hopefully in a few months the service situation will improve.

Any idea what the failure points might be that need out of warranty service considering battery and power train are covered for 10 years. I’m on the fence since it seems like the cost of the warranty probably would cover a couple of repairs.

I've never used the trip function in the almost 4 years I've owned my Touring. I didn't even noticed it had moved. Of course everyone uses different features and has different priorities.

someone else said to exit CarPlay you just hit the CarPlay icon again. I havent tried it yet.

I was so bummed to be traveling. Such a cool event and very excited to have the 3.0 UX on my Touring as of 30 minutes ago!! I hope I can make the next one :)
