Yeah. Mine reliably connects to my WiFi at home, but the minute I back out of my garage and drive away, I’m a ghost. All of my streaming services (TuneIn Radio, SiriusXM, etc.) work flawlessly even though the app shows “vehicle offline” status, so those must be using a different wireless method...

Not restricted to Tidal. I experience the same behavior streaming Apple Music via Bluetooth.

I could have saved you the trouble of trying all of that. I have had this issue for nearly a month, and have tried all the things (deleting and reinstalling the mobile app, logging out and back in again, etc.) to no avail. The situation briefly corrected itself after I installed the 3.3.5...

This happens pretty frequently with mine too — usually when driving at sunrise or sunset when the glare is strongest.

Still not resolved. App only shows “online” if parked in my garage connected to my home WiFi. Otherwise “offline” anywhere other than home. I have a service appointment scheduled for Weds 19 Nov. They’re going to have a look at this issue and (finally!) replace my middle row seats 👍🏼

Thanks HC Streaming apps all work. I tried those when I went down to the car for the reboot. And I was too embarrassed to write this in my original entreaty for support, but I did delete and reinstall the mobile app, thinking that'd help. Maybe a long night's sleep will help. Will keep an eye...

OMG! That sounds truly awful - especially given the experiences you’ve had from the start with your first Gravity. I’ve been trying to stay positive (and know you’d heretofore tried as well), but agree maybe we’re being taken for granted here (test mules). I’m really sorry, man.

Sorry to hear you’re going through this. If it’s any consolation, I haven’t had any RDU-related issues since collecting Velocitron from service a few weeks ago. That includes charging at compatible Tesla Superchargers.

Totally. Why issue the update for the fob -- and specifically say "No appointment necessary" for the update. It's as if messaging got ahead of reality (ensuring the service centers had access to software and procedures). I've been calling my local SC to let them know I'd like my fobs updated...
