Part of upgrading the hardware will be updating the software to support CCCv2.

We’re not offering the CCCv2 upgrade through the rewards program at this time, but it’s something we hope to revisit in the future.

No, the native navigation still utilizes Here maps. The Google API just provides an enhanced (robust?) search functionality. We are looking to implement Google API for Gravity in a future release.

To help expedite the rollout, we’re prioritizing vehicles connected to Wi‑Fi. Vehicles without Wi‑Fi enabled will receive the update later in the release sequence.

This is correct. Remote Start is not the same as the digital key, which is planned for release later this year.
