Sorry to hear about your experience. Empty promises and 8 days with no path to a resolution for an issue of this magnitude on a new luxury car would definitely have me contacting my lawyer. Today the sad truth is the squeaky wheel gets the grease while the patient & understanding gets screwed.

I tried pretty hard to get this removed but was unable to. Unlike conventional dealers it appears there’s no flexibility with Lucid.

Trouble is how will you know? It appears that a separate evaluation is being done after you’ve already returned the car. This makes the whole situation feel very sleazy & unethical.
