Lucid Gravity update 3.3.5 + fob update

Yeah, I had a few of these too. So at least we cannot get locked out of our cars and fob dying will not prevent us from driving, but occasional fob sleep issues are still there.

    Gravity 3.3.8 Released

This is a hardware issue that requires a service visit.

    Gravity 3.3.8 Released

Confirming the Android update worked as well. For some reason it really needed the location to be set to be always granted rather than when the app is open which shouldn't be necessary but I can flick that back off now. It also wanted the nearby permission. Took a few tries to see the fob but...

    Gravity 3.3.8 Released

Wow! And people on Reddit told me this is going to be impossible because the fob uses a proprietary connection and downvoted into oblivion.

    Gravity Bugs / Issues

Never! It's mind-boggling how Lucid could even consider this an alpha release, let alone beta.

Lucid Gravity update 3.3.5 + fob update

I wonder if the level 2 Charging fix will fix my generation 2 Tesla home connector not charging the car unless it's dialed down to 48 amps. That would be amazing. https://lucidowners.com/threads/gravity-and-tesla-wall-connector-gen2-not-supported-gen3-works.12875/post-297458

    Gravity 3.3.8 Released

It's possible that they found an issue during the rollout and paused it. Quite common and the reason staged updates exist. Maybe somebody's car got bricked or something. Or maybe they reached a certain percentage and are waiting to see if there any adverse side effects before continuing. We...

    Gravity Bugs / Issues

I've had the car back for about a week now, and I was about to say that in my tests so far the frunk opened after the first try every time. But just decided to try again and it got stuck again. God damn it.

    Gravity 3.3.8 Released

Wait, did they pull it? I got home to install it and now it's saying 3.3.5 is the latest. The car software menu also says the same thing.

Weird sound coming from the front driver door lock actuator when unlocking

Lucid service ended up replacing a part, now it sounds normal.

    Gravity Bugs / Issues

An update from me since I got my car back from service a few days ago. For the second row squeak, considering I definitively showed that the noise was coming from the seat belt holder, the fix by service was to apply more lubrication. The good news is that I can't reproduce the squeak from that...

Lucid Gravity update 3.3.5 + fob update

Yes, it's horrific. I even had service swap out the mics but it didn't do anything. AC definitely hurts it but even when it's turned down, and you're driving with windows up, the sound quality is noticeably bad, the audio keeps ducking in and out, and the wind sound keeps spiking. When I'm on...

Lucid Gravity update 3.3.5 + fob update

Same! The warning survived a soft reboot but has gone away today.

    Gravity 3.3.8 Released

Considering this morning my screens were black, then the top screen never booted, and also navigation was not working (shows stuck at home), no turn cameras, and other features missing, I'm happy to see this update so quickly after 3.3.5.

Lucid Gravity update 3.3.5 + fob update

Rebooting after the update makes no sense. The whole car reboots after it installs an update, just like your computer or phone.

Lucid Gravity update 3.3.5 + fob update

I'm not guessing though, that's what I was told by an exec at the Lucid San Jose grand opening.
