If Lucid called I'd guess it was a problem with the first install and not a new version but a re-push of the same update to reinstall.

As a former IT guy I feel bad but as a former consultant that dealt with designing and implementing web services with high uptime reliability I also shake my head a little. 🤣

I've only had it completely disengage once, the other times it always went back to hands on. It didn't veer at all though, are you sure your alignment is ok?

I'd say yes most of the time. I had one occasion where it completely disabled all ADAS and started rapidly decelerating before I was able to accelerate again with just a chime as it did it.

I don't know if I'm lucky and just have a good fob but I've always recommended the RetailDigitals brand on Amazon. I put a new one in my fob on December 19th when I got the Gravity and it lasted almost exactly 6 months. Not great for a fob but certainly better than a lot of other reports here...

I think the general timeline is in batches over 2-3 weeks. Even the limited sampling of people that use the LucidTracker.app site with the auto-sync enabled (111 Gravity) only 55% have received the update so far.

Mine came really fast. Ordered on Wednesday, shipped on Thursday and arrived on Sunday. Going to put it in later today.

I've had mine through a couple updates now and in some I got it really early and others pretty late in the cycle. I've seen all kinds of speculation about it being based on build, etc but none of it matches my experience thus far.

You just have to wait, there's no way to force the update on our end. They just do them in batches but there doesn't seem to be any criteria that makes one car get it sooner or later.
