    Air Version 2.9.0

I’ve been happy with it. But I did need to do the steering wheel reboot soon after. My phone key is finally working decently (but there are still times where my car takes too long to unlock), app connectivity is better than before, and things all just seem to be running smoother

    Air Version 2.9.0

When something was selected there was a box around the entire button. Now the icons have no boxes around them and just change color

    Air Version 2.9.0

I got it last night. So far really liking the small UX update to the left panel buttons as well as the meaningful map/nav updates. And I can send map destinations from my phone to the car again! Yay

    Buying your Air at lease-end

I may have paid $1000 in fees or whatever, but yeah, the discounts were all stacked things, $7500 air credit, $5000 on-site credit, etc. They were throwing tons of discounts at these things at the time

    Buying your Air at lease-end

I put $0 down, which helps. But yes, I'm trying to make logic of something totally illogical here :) I feel like the answer is Miata. It's always the answer. Although I really don't want to go back to a gas car, either.

    Buying your Air at lease-end

Thanks for your feedback, I appreciate it from another perspective. My thought is this, my Air's MSRP was $92k. After all the discounts, the "sale" price was about $75k, so I'm paying $820/mo for 36 months, and the residual is $49k. Based on my mileage and some of the wear & tear, I fully...

    Buying your Air at lease-end

At the pace I'm going, I could have about 60k miles on this bad-boy by next October. ...carry the 0 and we're looking at close to $8k in mileage penalties. So if I could get a decent offer to just buy it out (around $38k for a Touring) in Oct, I'd take that in a heartbeat.

    Buying your Air at lease-end

Thanks! So did you contact them before or just at your end of lease date? I was thinking I'd reach out a month or so before the lease actually expired to try to get the buy-out price set and get those wheels in motion.

    Buying your Air at lease-end

A few months ago I saw a few posts on Reddit where owners were successfully able to negotiate a buy-out price at the end of their lease to be more in line with market value of the vehicle, rather than the residual amount. The gap was usually significant, around $10-12k, from what was reported...

    Air Version 2.9.0

Yeah I always have the same issue, which is why I cannot use phone as a key. I have to completely disable location services for the app, otherwise it destroys my phone battery

    Air Version 2.9.0

I believe the communication protocol has changed from app to car. Until they push out the car update, we’re going to have some weirdness. Ios26 was blocking the protocol used for map sharing, for instance (from what I had read)

    Air Version 2.9.0

The phone app is now giving warnings about doors being open after each time I get out of the car. Fun. I don’t not have 2.9, but I did get the updated app. It also can’t get the charging status from the car. I wonder if all this broken connectivity will be fixed once the vehicle gets the update

    Any word on Air updates?

More likely than not there’s nothing new until UX3

    Recommending the Lucid Air Touring

That hasn’t often worked for me. And let’s be real, legally every other manufacturer has figured this out. Why can’t Lucid?

    3.0 on Air

Yeah, Tesla and Rivian should have taught everybody that you should never ever buy a promise. By what actually exists at the time of purchase

    Air Version 2.8.30

My car has all of a sudden been having more random reboots on .30 after having it installed for over a week now. Very weird. Last night I got in my car, started to drive, and the center stack just went to the lucid boot up screen, stayed like that for a minute, then just went black. Has to...

Is there a best/worst Air model year?

If you use Tidal, you’ll see a “master” quality. If you don’t, how long does it take for the keyboard to come up when you tap in the search bar of maps? Once I upgraded that went from a few seconds to nearly instant

Is there a best/worst Air model year?

It’s the computer that runs the infotainment system

Is there a best/worst Air model year?

MY25 got the upgraded CCC, meaning it can get UX3.x eventually. It also has better efficiency and a heat pump. Otherwise they’re more or less all the same. CCC can always be upgraded on older models, too

    Air Version 2.8.30

I got mine two days ago and maybe my eyesight has gotten better, but it looks like my driver's display has more vibrant colors and is higher resolution. Probably placebo of some sort. But the green of the blinker icons and headlight icons seems to look much nicer than before. Maybe they just...
