2023 AGT here. Bought used from Lucid. Love the car. It has its quirks, as did my 3 Teslas and one BMW that left me stranded near the Painted Desert. But wouldn't trade the Lucid for any other car out there. Enjoy.

You might be right, but it's been working 100% since the update. Small sample, only a dozen walkups so far.

Got an update to the Lucid iOS app today. After the update my car has responded 100% to my approaching the car and unlocking the doors. Might be a coincidence, but so far a marked improvement. I hope it's not a coincidence. Lucid was not specific about what was fixed in this update. Fingers...

Exactly.. should not have to fiddle. Good software is frictionless.

Yes, I only have one profile. This is clearly a safety issue and NHTSA would swing into action with a complaint, which is inevitable. Time for Lucid to fix this once and for all.

Ever since I updated to 2.9.0 I've had a similar issue with locking. Yesterday car unlocked as I walked up to passenger door, and I put groceries on the passenger seat. Quickly walked to driver side and the stupid car locked up. I had to press the door handle to get in, but this is a new, and...

Log out of Sirius XM. Log back in. You'll be golden.

Checked my AGT this AM. Had to log into Sirius XM and Tidal again. Appreciate the Google destinations that were added. A couple of newly opened local restaurants didn't show up in the car before the update and now they do. Will do a drive later today and see how things go, but certainly...

Odd update.. said it was downloading (I'm on WiFI).. then that message went away. Then nothing. Now it says on up to date on the the older software. (2.8.30). Doesn't seem like things are improving software wise. Updating my post... a half hour later it said software update was available...

My side cameras are faster after the CCCv2 upgrade, but still aren't what I would call smooth yet.

Ah, could be... anyway, can't find any reference to the software going out other than the one here, and the one on the software tracker. I mention on Reddit. So seems to be the ghost update. Thanks

According to the lucid website, the most current software is the 2.8.30 software.

So far only the original poster has reported an update. Wouldn't it be nice if Lucid had a status page so owners would not be guessing? It's starting to feel like Lucid pulled the update for whatever reason.

I'm excited about several items, but they seem mainly to be bug fixes rather than new features. But where is the update? I think only one person has reported getting it in this thread.

The original note from Lucid indicated destination sharing worked on the current release. Note that there is no asterisk under that function. Then, more recently, the asterisk as added. Stuff happens, but a bit of a clown show.

I really don't think Lucid can afford to keep putting out crummy updates. This stuff creates really bad word of mouth.. I figured this update would reflect the management changes. I was thrilled to hear sending destinations to the car was fixed, but as I noted earlier it's still broken. Sigh.

I tried destination sharing from Apple Maps and from the Lucid app. It says destination sharing is 'temporarily unavailable'. So no go. Release notes don't indicate the new firmware is needed. Has anyone else tried it. Doesn't work here. (Arizona).

Hooray!! Sending destinations to the car has been broken for months.
