Only the first replacement. Per my service center, any future replacement after the first free one will not be covered under warranty. The buttons are glued onto the silicone and are prone to falling off once one is already off. @Ron_Burgundy and I are not the first either.

FYI for anyone, the torque spec is 140ft-lbs per owners manual. Slightly higher than the air.

This was in kettleman city, halfway point of Bay Area and Orange County. I brought my jacks and tools 😆

We were so focused we forgot to get more pics lol! Swapped wheels with @allenmhc. We each drove 3 hours to meet halfway. He picked up an orphan DE with 22/23s and I picked up one with 20/21s but we both originally ordered each other’s wheel sizes. Worked out in the end!

Hmm I don’t think I’ll have a chance to. I’m swapping my wheels for 22/23s Sunday. I can weigh those when I get a chance.

Yes I plan to go the same 22/23s specs but with more aggressive offset so the fitment is flush.

When I have time I need to put the car on jack stands and measure fitment and offset. Once I get that done I’ll order the wheels. Basically getting these with lug holes and not center locks.

Can confirm with @iorchii, the wheel covers can be removed on the 20/21 wheels, but require the wheels to be dismounted. Each cap is held on with 2 T25 screws.

Ordering 2 piece 22/23 wheels. In the meantime, I removed the covers on my 20/21 wheels. Note, you need to remove the wheels to remove the covers. On the 20/21s the covers are screwed on from the back with T25 screws. Here’s some pics.

Oh interesting, I guess it varies by region. Mine updated and was able to check the software at my home. My tech mentioned they use an android device to update it.

If you or anyone else wants to swap their 22/23s for 20/21s let me know. Although I’m located in SoCal.

Anyone else with a GDE notice that our bear logos face clockwise on the car? For a second I thought I had a defective front passenger side decal cause it faces the rear lol.

I went to service center to update my fob when it was 3.3.1. The service center at the time said it was updated. This morning, being on 3.3.2, I had the mobile tech check and he discovered it was never updated.. After the update, I have yet to experience “no key detected” outside of maybe once...

I purchased a spare liftgate badge ($35) and didn’t have the bears installed at delivery because I knew I was going to wrap the car.

I s I suspect we’ll see configurations for the touring soon.
