This seems to be a pretty common problem and an easy fix by the service center. One of the latches is not fully latching. I had it and I've seen a few others on the board who had it as well.

Yes on the temp. I've done that. You can also have Alexa adjust the fan speed. Only done it once or twice since the buttons are right there, but you can do it.

Did they tell you whether there was a max mileage before per mile costs kicked in? If there is, you're definitely going to want to know that as you'll likely put some miles on it.

Same thing minus the windshield tint. Was worried that 20% might be too dark, but it's been great. Was doing fine with the AZ heat in April/May before I got mine done, but the tint has really done a nice job keeping temps down.
